"I dumped the original factory 396 V8 that originally came with the 1968 Camaro SS L-89 series, which were the most popular back in the good ol days...... The new engine was orignally supposed to be a 429 V8 with 2-4 brl holley's and Nitrous Oxide. I dumped the NOS, cause i wanted this engine to produce raw horsepower by itself. I also added an intake, to increase air flow, giving a small boost in HP. Dumped the Stero junk in the trunk to lessen weight, making the car a little bit lighter, making it a little bit faster.
